I have been trying smoothies in breakfast for a while now and my favorite is blueberry banana. Smoothies help us feel fuller during the day and helps us in weight loss and can be prepared quickly. Try out healthy blueberry banana smoothie.
Ingredients – 1 Banana, 10-12 blue berries, 1 cup milk / almond milk, 1 teaspoon protein powder
Optional – Seed mixture (chia, hemp and flex seeds) extra protein or if you don’t like protein powder , 2-3 strawberries
